Your keys
Wallets you own that sign for your vault. With 2 of 3, one key can’t move funds or lock you out.
Your vault starts with one key, the wallet you sign in with. You can add up to two more you own, such as hardware wallets.
Recommended: any 2 of 3 keys. A lost key can’t lock you out, and one key alone can’t move funds.
Adding a Key
Open your vault
Tap Show members. Your keys are at the top.
Add a key
Connect the wallet, or paste its address and check it.
Choose keys needed
A third key sets 2 of 3. You can change it later.
Signing
Every transaction needs the keys you chose, check-ins included. Your sign-in key signs in Ante, the others sign in Safe, then you execute it.
Your vault runs one transaction at a time. A pending one blocks the rest until it is executed or cancelled. Deposits still work.
Check in early. A check-in counts only once your other keys have signed it.
With 2 of 3, sign with the other two to remove it and add a new one. Your sign-in key can’t be removed. Without Ante, your Recovery Kit shows how to sign in Safe.
